As well as helping you prepare for your new arrival, they are a great opportunity to meet other NCT members in your area who are having a baby the same time as you. Our Bumps & Babies groups are also fantastic for getting to know other mums or mums-to-be whose babies are the same age as yours. These are informal groups made up of local NCT members who meet regularly to make friends, share experiences and offer each other support.
