Home Farm Glamping is delighted to be working with Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust to offer this evening bat walk.

As the light fades over the meadows join us to discover the bats found at Home Farm Glamping. Using detectors we'll be able to hear them echo-locating over the trees along the hedgerows and over the lakes seeking out moths and insects for their supper.

Suitable for adults and children ages 7 and over. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.

No refund on cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

Proceeds from this event will go towards supporting the work of Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust.

Arriving at 10am, you will be given a couple of tasks to help out with.

Aided by his corvid companion Crowbert and a collection of curious contraptions, Mr West demonstrates the fundamental principles of scientific enquiry and tackles some of the trickiest questions in the history of humanity.

Best known as one half of magic duo 'Morgan & West', 'The Magical Mr West' has travelled around the world performing to audiences of all ages with spectacular shows that include magic, science and a good deal of tomfoolery. Now he presents his most amazing show yet, with the help (or possibly hindrance...) of a wisecracking cartoon crow.

'Raffo Pape and Woodward' with their team of inventive designers have been quietly creating and developing product concepts for the children's toy industry from their discreet design studio in Walsworth Road, Hitchin. Some of their toys were commissioned directly by the manufacturers, but after 1980, they realised that toy companies are always looking out for new ideas from external inventors and designers. CMG Arts is a stunning family-run performing arts centre based in the beautiful riverside town of Ware, Hertfordshire. The centre opened in September 2021 as the permanent home to Georgina Pay School of Dance, Cassana Performance Academy & The Music Cafe UK and has since grown tremendously with the original heart and soul still very much at the centre of what's on offer.
The Space is made up of 4 performing arts studios, 2 music rooms, reception area with dance store, changing facilities and the central hub, The Music Cafe UK. This family-run, independent business brings together a friendly and welcoming environment paired with exceptional opportunities and training. We are also thrilled to be the host venue for Daisy and Dukes, a national talent agency, twice-annual auditions.

WiFi Wars returns with the live comedy game show where you all play along! Log in with your smartphone or tablet and compete in a range of games, puzzles and quizzes to win the show, and prizes!

Hosted by comedian Steve McNeil (team captain on UK TV's hit comedy/gaming show "Dara O'Briain's Go 8 Bit") and aided by Guinness World-Record-Breaking tech whizz, the award-winning Rob Sedgebeer!
