Feel Body Strong supports peri-menopause and menopausal women with their exercise and wellbeing. My classes and my motivational coaching style are flexible and adaptable for achievable results. Fitness isn't a one size fits all, I am happy to share my 15+ years of knowledge and expertise to support your needs. I run strength, Fitness Pilates and flexibility classes both face to face and online. If you would like some help and guidance through peri to post menopause then please get in touch.

My classes are for a whole body workout. It will work the smaller often forgotten muscles which in turn will aid stabilisation of the spine and improve core strength. The classes will enhance your flexibility and endurance. The classes are for all ages and abilities as modifications, adaptations and progressions are offered.
