Based in St Albans, we are one of the oldest and most active cycling clubs in Hertfordshire, with over 400 members. We cater for committed club riders through to competitive racers of all ages.

We teach pupils 3 years and over, through 1 to 1, 1 to 2, or group coaching sessions. It's important to us that our swimmers are safe, that they learn and have fun. With a maximum of 6 per group for non-swimmers and beginners' tuition, and with tailored teaching plans, our team of qualified instructors are able to do that. We have different ability groups running at the same time.

Our Player Development Centres are designed to offer additional training for 'advanced' football players associated with a local grassroots football club. Our centres will provide high quality coaching to enable players to improve their skills, techniques, knowledge & understanding of the game.

We are a lively mixed club which welcomes players of all abilities. Our aim is to play the best Volleyball we can in a friendly, enjoyable atmosphere. We run competitive Men's, Women's and Junior teams in the Hertfordshire Volleyball Association Leagues. We are holding autism friendly training sessions with focus on fun, exploration and a safe space to meet new people and to be yourself.
Age range is reception up to year 10 (with flexibility to ask if your child is outside the age range). ADHD, Aspergers and other similar conditions welcome along too.

Wheathampstead Toddler Group is a volunteer run group for 0-4 years. Free-play, crafts, ride on toys and singing. Fantastic chance for parents and carers to meet other local parents. £3.50 per child plus £1 for each additional sibling and includes craft materials, a healthy snack and of course some coffee/tea/biscuits to keep the adults going!
