We are a young, popular and rapidly growing family based club located in central Hemel Hempstead 20 miles North of London.

Our club opened in March 2018, relocating in April 2019 to offer more classes, and we are currently based in a fantastic newly built sports hall at Hemel Hempstead School.

I run pottery classes in Kensworth, they are available on a 10 week course basis or for one off sessions to come and have a go. The classes are for any age from 12 years. I also run day courses and hold birthday parties. There is a gallery at the pottery to buy beautiful unique gifts. Hope to see you soon. Kate.

Baby Yoga classes for babies 12 weeks+ at Hemel in the purpose built Litte Lotus Baby Studio. Perfect for Mum and baby to bond and relax in. Toddler Yoga is for 2yr+ and is taught in St. Albans on Saturday mornings at the Samuel Ryder Academy in their lovely dance studio. Find out more about the classes on the website or get in touch.

Our sessions are aimed at ages 4 months - 18 months. Completely Edible messy play sessions. Each one of our sessions are unique and our resources are set up to tantalise and encourage children to have fun, educate and stimulate each of their senses (taste,smell,sound,sight and touch) .These sessions are ideal for little ones that are or haven't started weaning as yet and fussy eaters.

Little Rockies is a great way for budding young climbers to have some fun whilst learning more about the sport. This fully supervised climbing session is also the perfect place for youngsters to prepare for the NICAS climbing award scheme run right here at XC!

This session runs every weekend morning from 10am to 11am exclusively for ages 5 to 6.
