Police cadets are young members of the community, aged 13 to 18, who are involved in a range of activities. As well as learning about police procedures and the law, cadets also work alongside local officers to play a vital role in community events. Engaging with members of the public and educating them on crime prevention, while taking part in a range of social activities. The group meets every other Tuesday evening and you do not have to have ambitions to become a police officer to join. St Nicholas Church has choirs for children from age 7-14. Older teenagers join the adults. Girls 7-14 meet 5-6pm Thursdays. Boys with unchanged voices meet 6.30-7.30 pm Thursdays. We do not charge! Musical and singing tuition and experience with no fees, and we give our choristers pocket money for their attendance. Singing has many positive health benefits and we provide everything you need.

Toddler Time is a drop-in playgroup in the church hall for children aged from 0 to 4 years on Wednesdays from 9am to 10.45am (term time only).
