During the baby massage course we learn a sequence of gentle strokes to massage, soothe and bond with baby.

Indoor soft-play sessions for families with children who have additional needs (siblings welcome to join) to relax, have a coffee & meet new friends whilst the children play in a fun, safe environment! We take into consideration the children's needs therefore music will be "background only", there will be no flashing lights & wristbands will be issued but not expected to be worn.
