We're a small Brazilian jiu jitsu club based in London Colney. We have classes every day of the week catering for beginners through to advanced. Jiu jitsu is a self-defence system and sport suited to all body types and is a great way to build confidence and stay in shape for all ages.

We run a play session on the 1st Friday every month

Any parent/carer of twins or multiples is welcome to join our play sessions. If you are expecting twins or multiples you would also be very welcome to come along and meet other parents of multiples who can help you feel prepared for the arrival of your babies.
