Rugby training takes place for boys & girls on Sundays from 10am. New players are welcome in most age groups, but as the season progresses the squads tend to fill up & places are not always readily available. In addition, girls aged between 11 & 17 are welcome to join & play on Sunday afternoons (OA Saints offers rugby for women & girls of all ages & abilities). Please see website for full details.

Founded in 1930, the club is based at Woollams, on Harpenden Road, one mile north of St Albans city centre. It has a Junior section that comprises sides from Under 5 to Under 17 age groups. To contact the club visit the website and use the contact form.

We run every Saturday morning from 10am-11am at Verulamium Park, St Albans. Parktennis is for players of all ages and abilities. We have a family court for parents to play with their young children using softer red balls, typically for children aged 9 and under. The remaining courts are used for the teenagers and adults. The adults play a mixture of singles, doubles and fun team games that are designed for all levels of ability, active and inclusive of large numbers.

Pathfinders is a youth group for years 7-9. We meet on a Sunday morning at St Pauls church to have fun together, strengthen friendships and learn about the Christian faith. We enjoy a blend of fun, games, crafts, snacks, bible study and conversation. We also have occasional socials on Friday nights. Learn the art of sword fighting with our Academy. The sessions are taught in a fun and welcoming environment, teaching essential skills of fencing and key life skills in a fun and active session.
