A community zoo based in the historic Cedars park in cheshunt Hertfordshire. Hatfield Park Farm

Closed during winter. There are sheep, goats, ducks, geese, turkeys, Hungarian Woolly pigs and cattle too! Pets Corner Harlow

Pets' Corner is a small, friendly farm located in Harlow Town Park. It has a large selection of traditional farm animals, such as rabbits, chickens and ducks, more exotic animals such as Reindeer, Llamas and Alpacas, as well as a number of rare breeds including Red Poll cows, Essex Saddleback and Tamworth pigs. Pets' Corner is free to enter but welcomes donations in the box on site. You can feed some of the animals for 20p a bag, available from feed vending machines. Opening Hours 1 April to 31 October, 11am to 4:45pm 1 November to 31 March, 11am to 4pm Christmas Day and Boxing Day CLOSED Pets' Corner does not have its own car park. RSPB Rye Meads Nature Reserve

An RSPB wetland nature reserve. We have a variety of trails to take a walk round (wheelchair accessible) and 7 hides for watching wildlife. There is also a visitor centre with classrooms, toilet & baby changing facilities, a cafe & picnic area. Shepreth Wildlife Park

The Wildlife Park first started as a private wild animal sanctuary in 1979, when a young injured jackdaw was brought to us to look after. 'Jack' recovered and soon became one of the family. Since then there have been many changes - including the recent addition of the Tigers, the rescued Lynx and Mountain Lions.
