Hertford Hockey Club is a fast growing in East Herts, with over 750 members. The Club 10 minutes from the centre of Hertford. The club prides itself on its family friendly ethos. The YOUTH section play in a number of different competions, including the Herts & Essex Junior Leagues, County, Regional, National and Indoor Competition. New players may attend three "taster" coaching sessions before deciding to join.

Hertford Tennis Club welcomes you to our clubhouse and courts set on leafy Hartham Common on the northern side of historic Hertford. We offer team tennis, social play, tournaments and coaching. The Get Playing project has the ambition to enable and inspire 2,000 young people in Hertfordshire to start instrumental
music lessons and we would like to offer students at Hertford Music Centre for half a term of FREE group lessons for those
who don't already learn these instruments:

Hertford Saturday Morning Music School groups meet every Saturday during term-time at Simon Balle School and play in a concert at the end of each term. We have a large library of new and classical music written and arranged specifically for young players. Groups for Wind from grade 2, Strings from Grade 3. Also Theory classes.

Hertford Swimming Club is a friendly teaching & competitive club who offer a high standard of coaching to our swimmers. We are affiliated to Swim England East region. We are SwimMark accredited. We compete in the Arena, Herts Major and Peanuts Leagues and in many local galas and Open Meets.
