Experience Yoga in the calm tranquillity of St Albans Cathedral with this family Yoga Workshop. Suitable for children aged 5 plus (as well as their parents!), the session will start in the Lady Chapel before moving to the bright and airy Alban Room. So, bring along your yoga mats and enjoy the most relaxing 75 minutes of your holidays.

Cost | £7.50 per child. Adults are free but are warmly encouraged to join in with the activity. Yoga mats can be provided if needed.

For 5 - 11 years old and families. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Donations are welcome.
