Event details

This is a fantastic opportunity to join us on an adventure into the world of Forest School, with our family focused sessions. We will be exploring the park, building dens, going on bug hunts, learning about nature, bush craft, and more. The event is run in conjunction with CultureWood, who are a specialist and highly regarded service provider in Hertfordshire.

Please note that if it is raining, Forest School activities will continue so come prepared with a waterproof and wear suitable clothing for exploring the woods. It could also be muddy, so please wear wellies, trainers or other appropriate outdoor shoes (but no sandals). Please also ensure that legs are covered (no shorts).

All children must be accompanied by a guardian or parent. Sessions are suitable for ages 4 to 11 and all equipment is provided.

The Forest School will be based from the Highfield Pavilion, which is situated in the Cricket Ground with the park and has toilets and hand washing facilities. There is also plenty of free car parking on site.
