A spectacular day celebrating the rich history of St Albans and honouring the legacy of St Alban, Britain's first saint.

Alban Pilgrimage Procession from St Peter's Church (11am - 12pm) - Witness the awe-inspiring spectacle of 12ft puppets weaving through the streets, retelling the story of St Alban, and then celebrate his story with our city-wide festival.
We need children and youth to help bring the story of St Alban to life! Take part in the procession in costume - as Romans, soldiers, angels, or saints. We'd love children and young people aged 5 to 18 to be part of the day with us. Sign up on the St Albans Cathedral website.
At St Albans Cathedral:
12noon Pilgrimage Eucharist
4pm Pilgrimage Evensong
