New Home for Combat Sports in St Albans

Advertorial by Hertfordshire Combat Centre

Published:

A new venue is due to open in the heart of St Albans providing a hub for combat sports. Hertfordshire Combat Centre was created to support our community by providing sessions on combat sports, life skills and entrepreneurship, as well as providing work opportunities for locals.

The centre is a state-of-the-art development with industry-leading technology and features an interactive floor, changing rooms, wet room, viewing gallery, café and free off-street parking. Whether you want to train to be an Olympian, discover your inner warrior or book the venue for an event or birthday the centre is fully equipped and is already home to a number of fantastic St Albans Clubs: Paul Davis Fencing Academy, St Albans Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kaizen Central Karate.

We believe that combat sports can be a powerful and transformative force for good, with the potential to empower individuals and inspire strong communities. Lessons learnt through sport can help build bridges and forge a more compassionate society. We want people to really feel part of our club and community, whether they are a 4 year old trying to burn off some energy, or an 84 year old wanting to socialise and learn a new skill!

Our passionate and skilled team members are here to help our community achieve their goals.

The Hertfordshire Combat Centre is a non-profit organisation. The centre is located at 5 The Dencora Centre, Campfield Road, St Albans, AL1 5HN and will officially launch on 12th April 2021. You can find out more on our website or follow us on Instagram @hertfordshire.combat.centre.
