St Albans Family Centre Service have a NEW group for parents and carers!

'Me Time' is a safe and supportive session, in which you can talk to others, meet new people and build social networks, helping you to feel connected to others during these challenging times. 

This is a volunteer led programme supported by a Wellbeing Champion

The group starts on Thursday 25th March at 8pm, via Zoom!
