6WeekSocial is a 6 week postnatal support course for mums with babies 0-6 months. It's a place for mum and baby to come and relax, meet and bond with other local mums and gain a wealth of knowledge and advice provided by our team of postnatal specialists during our weekly sessions. If you've just had a baby, feeling a little overwhelmed and looking for support and would like meet other mums in your local area, then this is the course for you! We promise this will be the best money YOU spend on YOU postnatally. Sessions are held every Tuesday 10.15am - 11.15am at the Mill bridge Rooms, Hertford.

For those expecting a baby, we have antenatal and refresher courses. As well as helping you prepare for your new arrival, they are a great opportunity to meet other NCT members in your area who are having a baby the same time as you. Our Bumps & Babies groups are also fantastic for getting to know other mums or mums-to-be whose babies are the same age as yours. These are informal groups made up of local NCT members who meet regularly to make friends, share experiences and offer each other support.
