At Move & Meditate, our classes are a joyful celebration of movement, music and mindfulness for little ones. We combine yoga, sound, and play in a way that's fun, expressive, and completely unique.
Our classes are inclusive - everybody is welcome. Parents are warmly encouraged to join the fun if they wish to.
We hold weekly classes during termtime at Beam, Hertford on Tuesdays 4.10-4.55pm and Wednesdays 10.15-10.55am. Bookings can be made on our website www.moveandmeditate.uk; half termly membership is available which works out slightly cheaper per week, and includes a free pair of yoga socks for your child!
