Mama Jojo Pregnancy Yoga
Come join this weekly pregnancy yoga class at any stage of pregnancy after 14 weeks, where we will:
• Explore stretches and movements for the pregnant body and common pregnancy ailments.
• Test positions for labour so you have a pocket full of comfortable positions to use when the time comes.
• Incorporate breathing techniques and visualisations to help calm the mind and body during birth.
• Relaxation time, to switch off from the outside world and connect with your baby
• Connect with other local mums to be, share your pregnancy journey and start to form those important support networks for when your babies arrive
The classes are designed to be a safe, welcoming space to move, relax and connect.
All mats and equipment are provided.
