Mama Jojo Mum & Baby Yoga
Mum and baby yoga classes provide a safe and nurturing environment for mums to rebuild strength and flexibility postpartum while bonding with their babies.
Classes will focus on gentle movements which are suitable as a reintroduction to exercise after having a baby, all moves can be adapted to include holding or feeding a baby. The classes incorporate songs & rhymes and movements for babies to help develop gross and fine motor skills. Over the 6 week course we develop moves, strength and the skills to exercise and relax through motherhood.
No prior yoga experience necessary, all equipment provided.
No extra cost for twins and triplets.
Classes are held in the beautiful Southern Maltings in Ware, with the high street, train station near by and a car park next door. Baby changing facilities and space to park buggies is all available making the venue an easy and accessible trip with your baby.
Ideal from around 8 weeks (after GP sign off or private Mummy MOT) until baby is toddling.
