During the baby massage course we learn a sequence of gentle strokes to massage, soothe and bond with baby.
Baby massage is proven to help build confidence in handling and soothing a baby. It can also ease tummy discomfort, relaxing the bowels and releasing trapped gas helping bring some comfort to babies with colic. Some parents even report it helps their baby sleep!
Courses are small groups of no more than 9 to allow for time to chat and meet other parents. Held in the wonderful BEAM theatre in Hertford, with a cafe on site, baby change available, space to park buggies, a car park next door and the town on the door step; it really is a great place to bring your baby.
Ideal from 6 weeks of age until crawling.
No extra cost for twins or triplets.
