This is the part where I'm meant to tell you what makes me stand out from the horde of other fitness babes out there.
But to be honest, it's so much more about you ladies.
The kinds of clients I work with say so much about me and my work than I ever could.
So.... Im running solo on a journey to bring women and mums together through movement and
reconnect our body and mind in a natural surrounding.
IT'S NOT ABOUT ME IT'S ABOUT YOU:
Getting in shape shouldn't be a punishment. It's an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make.
I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits
of fitness are worth the challenge.
However, there will be no challenge in meeting like minded ladies making friends along the way and building a
community of fit, strong, healthy mums to be, Mums and their bubs or even if you're a women that just wants to get busy
and get that booty moving .
I have developed ALL the classes to suit all fitness levels and pre and postnatal.
I'm constantly adapting my programs to the needs of every new client.

ABOUT ME
Not your 'typical' Aussie in London! Well kind of... I've done all the travelling, I've done all the partying, and
I've lived that life where life runs away with you and before you know it, you don't recognise the person
in the mirror anymore. So, when I finally settled in London (12 years ago now), I decided to take my life,
my health and my fitness back into my own hands.

I've always been competitive by nature, so for me, my fitness journey had to give me an end goal, something
to work towards, something I could achieve. And the same will go for my clients, I will want you to succeed
and I will want you to win at whatever goal you want to set for yourself. No goal is too large.
I know, I decided my first competitive fitness goal would be to step on stage as bikini competitor!

After 5 years competing I decided a new goal was needed and that was when I found CrossFit.
It combines my passion for fitness, lifting heavy weights, and of course being super competitive!
It also enables me to eat well, which helps seeing as I'm also a chef!
​
I have been a Personal trainer for over 7 years specialising in antenatal & postnatal
I have always been drawn to helping women on there journey to motherhood creating bonds
with clients and babies that blossom in to friendships and

So, if you want to reach those goals that feel unachievable, I can help you to achieve them!
And you get the added bonus of chef-made (healthy) cake at the end when you do!
