Wellbeing/wellness events. Gentle seated yoga, meditations, acupressure massage, sound healing and affirmations. 2 hours of total relaxation. Time to unwind and de-stress. Open to all. beginners welcome. No experience is necessary. Third Friday of every month from 9.15am-11.15am.
