These are 4 week courses based in the beautiful Blend Organics Cafe and Yoga Studio in Ware. Babies welcome from birth to pre-crawling. If you have twins you are welcome to come along for the price of a single. You will learn how to massage your baby from head to toe in order to build a lovely bond with your baby and feel confident to continue at home. You will also have the opportunity to connect with other parents in a similar situation, sharing the highs and lows that come with being a new parent.
