The Ballet Body Workout is a one hour total body workout, with a focus on low impact toning exercises & stretches through mat and resistance work to achieve the toned powerful body shape & beautiful posture of a dancer. There is no dancing involved just ballet inspired exercises and stretches to lengthen your body with very little impact. Sessions every Mon, Tues, Thurs & Sat.

Breeze is the British Cycling initiative to encourage women to get on two wheels and have fun. If you have a baby or toddler and want to get back into pre-baby shape, this is the class for you. The class is run in exactly the same way as our other sessions, with emphasis on each participant working to their own level. No previous exercise experience is required, but if you have recently had a baby, we do ask that you have the all clear from the doctor before you come along for your trial.
