Running: Summer 2025

We run Crash Courses in most school holidays at Sandringham School in St Albans and Aldwickbury School in Harpenden. Courses are 5 days of intensive swimming, half an hour each day and are designed for absolute beginners right through to children who are competent in the water but need to improve strokes and stamina. The minimum age is 3.5 years old, no maximum age. There will be a teacher on poolside and helpers in the water for beginner and improver classes.

Our main focus is on developing the Lacrosse Skills needed to create lots of success on the pitch. We then add skills to help you develop as a Physical Athlete. These are useful whatever sport you play. Here, we'll explore things like speed, power, agility, injury prevention and more. We then add skills to help you develop as a Mental Athlete. These are useful across all sports... and life.

Our 3 day performance prep intensive is for young people who would love to further their training in all areas of the performance arts and for those who might want to pursue a career in the arts. Our 3 day intensive is for young people aged 11+ only, and will include workshops in acting, singing and dancing with SASA's top tier teachers. There will be a casting director who will come to visit for a Q&A and to show us how an audition is run, as well as some amazing workshops from our highly trained teachers.

For six days, we will be rehearsing and creating pieces in Street Dance, Singing, Contemporary Dance, Acting and Musical Theatre. Then on the sixth day, we will put on a fantastic show in a professional theatre for all friends and family to come and watch! All children no matter age or ability are welcome to join us!
