Celebrate the launch of Noël, the brand-new Christmas album from the Sonorité Saxophone Quartet, with a warm and atmospheric lunchtime concert at St John's Church. Recorded earlier this year at St Leonard's Church in Flamstead, Noël brings together sparkling new arrangements of festive classics, elegant seasonal chorales, and cinematic winter music for saxophone quartet, piano and voice. For this special live event, the quartet is joined by pianist Jill Morton and West End performer Martin Callaghan, performing highlights from the album alongside a few additional pieces chosen especially for the occasion.

Expect everything from the energy of Prokofiev's Troika to the lyricism of O Holy Night, the dramatic sweep of Olivia Murphy's new commission Before the Wild Hurricane, and favourites such as Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas and O Come, O Come, Emmanuel.

The concert will last around 1hr 40mins, including a short interval with complimentary drinks and snacks. Copies of the album will be available to purchase.
