Family Activities
24, 25, 27 and 29 May
Get creative and get stuck in with our family activities: craft your own replica codebreaking hut, use colourful shapes to create pictures inspired by the stunning stained-glass windows found in the Mansion and build your very own messaging system, just like the pneumatic tubes that once carried vital communications across Bletchley Park, which you can see in Block A. These sessions are suitable for families with children aged 5-14, accompanied by an adult. Just drop in any time between 11.00 and 15.30, (last admission to the session is 15.00).
Family Tour
26 and 28 May
Could you have been a codebreaker, a Wren or maybe a dispatch rider? Would you have been able to keep your work secret even after the war? Join us on a fun, family-friendly tour to find out about the amazing people and machines that helped break the Enigma cipher here at Bletchley Park during WW2. The Amazing People, Amazing Machines tour is suitable for families with children aged 5-14. It lasts approximately 45 minutes and takes place outside. Tours will be running on 26 and 28 May. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour. Visit the Information desk on arrival for tour timings and to book your place.
