Discover the people, ideas and aircraft that changed the skies in a week of hands-on half-term fun at RAF Museum London. Heroes of the Air invites young explorers to build, test and fly as they uncover what it takes to become an aviation hero. Three ticketed activities run on selected dates across the week. Each session is designed to spark curiosity, creativity and confidence through play.

Junior Jet Builders

Future engineers can put their ideas to the test using LEGO bricks to design and build their own aircraft. Experiment with shapes, wings and balance to create a flying machine worthy of a hero of the air.

Remote Control Helicopter Flying
