If your child is between 8 and 16 then why not book them into a Young Sewists class.

I have a range of easy projects that will suit all abilities starting with easy fold over cushions and drawstring bags, to simple clothes, for example, a summer skirt or PJ bottoms.

We're a cooking class for children 3 to 16 years. We also offer outside catering. Birthday and event parties, either in our store or at venue of your choice.

Woodcraft Folk is a national charity run by volunteers. Young people develop their self-confidence & awareness of the world through our group nights, residentials & camps, where we use outdoor activities, crafts, songs & games to promote big ideas like sustainability & democracy. Groups meet in St Albans on Thurs/Fri eves: elfins (age 6-9), pioneers (10-12), venturers (13-15) and DFs (16+) . We ask for termly donations to cover costs.

St Albans Trapeze and Aerial Arts offers classes for adults and children in static trapeze, aerial silks, aerial hammock, aerial yoga and more in a friendly and welcoming environment. All our experienced teachers have Enhanced DBS checks and up to date first aid training. Children's classes (9-13yrs), teenage classes (12-16yrs) and sessions for home educated children and teenagers available.

I am Stephanie Belton, a professional photographer specialising in babies, children and families. I also love teaching so in 2010 I decided to start teaching photography. I offer various courses including a Photography Course for Teenagers suitable for D of E Bronze Awards Skills Section.

At the Services for Young People Emotional Wellbeing Project at the Pioneer Young People's Centre you can get involved with all sorts of great activities. We are currently offering the 'Supporting You' programme. Supporting You is a group programme of seven weekly sessions where you learn strategies to help you to reduce stress, anxiety and low mood in a fun and safe environment. The programme gives you the tools to build resilience and maintain positive emotional wellbeing. Thursdays 6.30-8.30pm. For young people aged 11-17.
