My work incorporates relaxation, mindfulness and laughter yoga to give people the tools and strategies to cope in an increasingly stressful world. My classes give children a safe space in which they have fun, they talk about how they feel, they support one another and they learn the value of being aware of their emotions and dealing with them in positive ways.

Every Monday during term-time from 3.30-5.30pm.

The Sunningdale Academy runs weekend courses for children ages 5-12 focusing on social skills/social confidence, etiquette, health and wellbeing. Our courses are always hands on, activity based, engaging and fun and run by leading specialists.

We are a new local business, giving children and their carers the chance to do woodwork with real hand tools! Kids learn how to use the tools safely and make their own toys and creations. Weekly Classes on Friday afternoons for children age 3-5 and Wednesday mornings for ages 4-10.
