Junior Gym at Harpenden Leisure Centre is available for ages 11-15. These gym and studio-based sessions help to improve general fitness and to promote healthy lifestyles.

We offer free inductions for members as well as non-members. These inductions are compulsory for all Juniors. Juniors aged 11-15 are not able to use the free weights, unless supervised by a parent or guardian. ... Read more

Katherine Warington School Junior Parkrun is a free, fun and friendly weekly 2k event for juniors (4 to 14 year olds).

It is held every Sunday at 9:00am.

The parkrun is free! But please register before you first come along. Only ever register with parkrun once and don't forget to bring a scannable copy of your barcode. If you forget it, you won't get a time.

Our sessions are designed for children aged 1.5 to 5 years, offering a fun, active and supportive environment where they can grow in confidence, develop physical skills and discover a love for movement through a variety of sports.

Netball4Fun believes that anyone who would like to play netball can - regardless of their background, ability, gender or experience.

Stevie's Swim School is a new community based swim school offering swimming lessons in Harpenden. We are delighted to be able to offer learn to swim, competitive sessions and water polo lessons.

We are based at Aldwickbury School Pool, a spacious 25 metre pool that provides outstanding facilities for all swimmers to enjoy.

All disabilities welcome.
