Sand donated from the London 2012 Olympic beach courts at Horse Guards Parade, has been used to produce three recreational sized volleyball courts. The courts have been funded by Sport England and Volleyball England's Go Spike campaign. The courts are open from 9.00 am to dusk (summer opening times April to early November). Booking is required.

These include rose and flower beds, extensive tree and shrub planting, the Aberdeen granite drinking fountain and the park-keeper's lodge. Has a children's playground.
