Mini Winter Reading Challenge

Published:

If your children enjoy the summer reading challenge then they might also enjoy the mini winter reading challenge.

This year's theme is "Everyone Is A Hero" featuring characters from Knights and Bikes, High Rise Mystery and the Run series from award-winning inclusive publisher Knights Of.

The challenge will all be run online this year (there are no packs) with a free-to-access website featuring rewards and incentives for reading and reviewing books, and a downloadable certificate at the end.

To take part, children simply read three or more books of their choice. Every time they finish a book, they add it to their Challenge website profile and leave a short book review.

Reaching their online reading goal will unlock a virtual badge and a special Everyone Is A Hero certificate to print off and keep! The website will also feature a whole host of fun activities, videos and reading recommendations, plus an exciting competition.

The Winter Mini Challenge starts on Tuesday 1 December 2020 and finishes on Friday 15 January 2021.
