I hold regular matwork Pilates classes in St Albans from my home studio on a Monday evening and a Tuesday and Friday morning. I also hold a mummy and babies postnatal class on a Tuesday morning. I offer 1-2-1 sessions as well and am trained in teaching prenatal classes and for those receiving or recovering from Cancer treatment.

At NHJ Studios, we believe wellness should be accessible, supportive and enjoyable. Our boutique studio offers personal training, strength classes, yoga and holistic wellness in a friendly environment where everyone feels welcome, regardless of experience.

Come and play padel at our friendly, fun club in St Albans. We have 4 courts (3 covered, 1 uncovered) and parking and changing facilities, plus a clubhouse where you can enjoy post-padel drinks. Everyone is welcome!
