We don't get a village anymore… so here's your TRIBE.
Led by our very own Tribe leader Kat has who over 12 years of coaching and transforming mums.
Each week she'll be sharing with you...Real life tools to help you be THAT MUM:
-The one who sticks to habits (and actually keeps them).
-The one who feels stronger in her head + body.
-The one who still has a spark, even on 5 hours' sleep.
What we'll cover:
- Nutrition + family friendly recipes you' be able to take home
- Workouts + movement that fit mum life, and yes you'll be doing a light mini workout to get the blood flowing
- Mindset + energy hacks
- Guest sessions with inspiring local super mums
- And a space to connect with the coolest mums in town
- And Inspiring talks from our local community, because if they did IT, then we CAN too!
Babies + toddlers? Totally welcome, we'll have toys and activities for their entertainment but most of all they're the real sponges so throughout this meet they too will be learning.
Coffee, tea + healthy snacks for all? Obviously!!!
This is your space to learn, laugh, move, and leave feeling more YOU again.
