Para Dance UK is hosting two inclusive dance classes online for young people on Wednesday afternoons:
- Primary After School Dance Club from 4:15 - 4:45pm for primary school aged children.
- Youth Dance Club from 5 - 5:30pm for secondary school aged children and young adults up to age 25.
Classes will start with a warm-up, then we'll enjoy a fun routine, and relax at the end with a cool-down. Our sessions are fully inclusive and you can participate seated or standing. Just make sure you are in a safe space, have water to hand, and always work to your own ability. Take breaks were needed, and don't forget to have fun!
All classes are held online. Please do not come to our business address!
Pay a one-off £10 fee per participant to access all our online inclusive dance classes from September 2024 - July 2025. Attend as many sessions as you like! Visit our website to book your classes: www.communities1st.org.uk/paradance-dancers
