Art In Focus 3hrs mindfulness art sessions
Do you want to step out of your demanding everyday life? Do you feel that your mind needs a break from multi-tasking? Are you trying to find a way to relax and unwind?
Let us introduce you to "Art in focus", a 3-hour mindfulness art session* where by using different mediums you create art, relax and have fun.
"Art in focus" is hosted by Mari, a local designer and illustrator who used art to overcome postnatal depression, find herself and the power to be more than just a mother. She now wants to offer the opportunity to others to discover themselves through creation.
Places are limited (max 8 persons) so please book your place in advance. Everyone is welcomed and no previous experience is required. All materials will be provided, as well as coffee/tea and biscuits.
*This is not a lesson where you learn how to draw. Nevertheless during the session basic skills and techniques are shown.
