Leaders of Our Future
Age: 11 - 24
At Leaders of Our Future, our goal is to nurture young leaders through our transformative leadership, resilience and career-coaching programmes. We have a range of courses starting from introduction to leadership & self-management (age 11) through to mentoring and career-coaching for our older students (up to age 24).
In September 2025, we are launching our Leadership, Resilience, Self-Awareness and Critical Thinking course, for our future leaders aged 13-14 (Year 9).
This course will set our future leaders on the path to achieving an internationally recognised qualification - in just over a year, they can earn an ILM Level 2 Young Leaders Award.
There is the option of attending in-person in Harpenden, or if you prefer, you can sign up for an online version (taught live).
