IN ST ALBANS
Mini Munchers is a 6 week therapy programme for 2-4 year olds who eat a restricted range of foods. Each session is run by an Occupational Therapist with an OT Assistant. We introduce food at your child\\\'s pace, working through 26 steps to eating in a fun way which helps to reduce anxiety around new foods and mealtimes. The programme consists of 6 x 1 hour small group sessions with no more than 6 children in each group. Parents receive 2 x 1 hour evening zooms as a small group to go over strategies for mealtimes at home. Prior to starting parents complete a food diary for their child which is analysed by our Dietician. We only use real food.
