Mini Athletics St Albans and Hatfield was set up to give children a great alternative to the regular sports options on offer to children today. We want children to have the opportunity to develop their cognitive and social skills as well as encouraging teamwork. Athletics is a sport we are very passionate about and we want to share that with children so that their first experience of sport is fun.

Mini Mindfulness run children's yoga and mindfulness classes on a Saturday morning. The classes are 45 minutes long and consist of yoga, mindfulness games, arts and crafts, stories and music. Each session has a different mindfulness theme, focussing on developing well-being, strength, flexibility, friendships and most importantly having fun. The mission of the club is to promote artistic roller skating and offer coaching in the disciplines of Figures, Free Skating and Solo Dance.
