Orienteering is for families. Try it with your kids. It's healthy exercise in varied locations. Kids love meeting and taking part. We'll give you a map showing a series of checkpoints for you to visit as fast as you can. For Juniors there is a regular introductory series of events. And all club juniors are invited to attend the free junior training sessions held about 6 times per year. There is no lower age limit, but parents of children under 8 are asked to stay with them.
