If you're looking for something fun to do with children over the half term, Engayne Primary School are running their annual Scarecrow Trail from Saturday 25th October to Monday 3rd November. Each year around 40 families and businesses in the local area take part and build a scarecrow, with displays becoming more and more extravagant each year! If you live within walking distance to the school you can sign up to enter your own scarecrow creation for £5.00 via their website, the overall winner wins a £50 Amazon voucher courtesy of Accord Sales and Lettings. Maps to walk the trail can be purchased for £3.00 via their website www.pta-events.co.uk/friendsofengayne don't forget to vote for your favourite. It really is a lovely walk to take on an autumnal day and great fun for all ages.

Willows Fireworks are back with a fizz, pop and a very low bang!
Join us on 1st or 2nd November as we light up the sky above the farm and enjoy an evening of crackling good fun.
Gates open at 5.15pm with a programme of Willows fun for the little ones to enjoy. The fireworks will then start at 6.30pm.
All of our animals will be moved away from the firework area and will be looked after by our fabulous Livestock Team during the event.
Spaces are limited and will sell out in a flash! Discounted Member tickets can be found on the 'Book Now' button below.
Please note; This is a low bang display but not no bang so please use your discretion when booking tickets, particularly if your child finds it difficult to manage noise.

The whole family can sing and dance along to seasonal showtunes from hit musicals and well-known songs from Christmas films, all performed by our West End singers.
Enjoy well-known numbers from Elf, White Christmas, The Snowman, Frozen and many more. Festive fancy dress is encouraged and - as well as singing, clapping and dancing along - you can expect bubbles, bells, flying babies and puppetry!
Open to all ages from new-borns to school age to grandparents, concerts last approximately 45 minutes.

His mad magic show and fun-loving sense of humour has even the youngest of children shrieking with laughter. The children and their parents find his slapstick, "Tom and Jerry" style magic routines compelling and addictive to watch.
His eccentric suit, Spiderman shirt and teddy bear shoes reflect Papalarny's personality perfectly, bringing smiles and giggles to the children's faces on their first encounter with him. Since 2005, the Comedy Club 4 Kids has been getting the best stand-ups, sketch acts and cabaret stars to do their thing for an audience of children (aged 6+) and their families... but without the rude bits! The show is family-friendly but without any patronising idiocy. In fact, it's just like a normal comedy club, but it's on during the day, kids are allowed in, and thus there is a higher-than-usual chance of the entire audience claiming to be called Bob.

Since 2005, the Comedy Club 4 Kids has been getting the best stand-ups, sketch acts and cabaret stars to do their thing for an audience of children (aged 6+) and their families... but without the rude bits! The show is family-friendly but without any patronising idiocy. In fact, it's just like a normal comedy club, but it's on during the day, kids are allowed in, and thus there is a higher-than-usual chance of the entire audience claiming to be called Bob.
