The first muddy step! A single lap of the 1.5km fun course, built just for the youngest adventurers to conquer the mud.
Rush Rookies is the perfect introduction to obstacle racing for children and teenagers, designed for ages 4 - 14. The course is shorter and more manageable than adult races, but still packed with mud, water, climbing and crawling challenges that are fun and safe.
Young participants can tackle obstacles at their own pace, with an emphasis on enjoyment, confidence building and teamwork rather than speed.

For Rookies looking to challenge themselves further, Rush Rookies Pro is designed for competitive young racers who are ready to test their strength, skill and determination.
Completing two laps of the 1.5km course, the main difference with Rookie Rush Pro is that all obstacles are mandatory. Not able to complete an obstacle? Then you must perform 10 chest-to-floor burpees before moving on!
A true test of grit and determination for ambitious youngsters eager to rise to the challenge!
