Join us on Sunday 8 June, 12-6 PM at King George's Playing Fields (CM13 2FD) as we commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE Day! 🇬🇧

The day kicks off with a Freedom March from Brentwood Town Hall to the fairground, followed by a day full of:
- Live music & walkabout acts
- Delicious food & drink
- Sports & wellbeing activities
- Stalls from local businesses & charities

What is Nuclear Fit?

Nuclear Fit is a high energy and exciting outdoor fitness race.

6 x 1km trail runs alternating with a unique functional fitness station in between each run. The fitness stations are all located in the buzzing central arena called The Core. The trail run will includes 2 x 4ft hurdle obstacles.

?The fitness race format has been given a Nuclear twist, testing physical strength and endurance.


Come and join us as an individual racer or as part of a two-person team or join the pro wave.

If you enter as a team you can join the Nuclear Fit league, have you got what it take to be crowned the League Champions

NUCLEAR FIT STORM

You have 45 minutes to complete as many of the functional fitness stations back to back as you can with zero running involved. Maximum effort required! The winners who complete the most stations in 45 minutes will receive a trophy and bragging rights.

Starting from the main start line you will make your way to station 1 and work your way around the stations in an anticlockwise direction.

?You will be given a 5 minute warning before the 45 minutes is up and when time is called you must finish the station you are working and make your way to the finish line.
