Free, volunteer-led walks for new and expectant parents to meet, chat and share experiences - supporting each other through early parenthood NCT Havering Walk & Talk Led by NCT volunteers, our NCT Walk and Talk groups give new and expectant parents the opportunity to: · get outdoors with their babies on a safe and accessible route · improve their mental health and wellbeing · make new friends and feel part of a community Free, volunteer-led walks for new and expectant parents to meet, chat and share experiences - supporting each other through early parenthood Starting at Pulse, 2a Newmarket Way. We will be walking through the Hornchurch Country Park, stopping at the Ingrebourne Visitors Centre for a drink and then walking back. Parents are welcome to take children to the park or stop for a drink in the café. Buggy's, slings and toddlers welcome. During half terms older children are welcome to join as well.
