📍South Hornchurch Community Association, Nelson road, Rainham, RM13 7RD. (If you're not sure exactly where that it's off Rainham road and near South Hornchurch Library.)

🎅🏻Enjoy Christmas themed games, books & puzzles, biscuit decorating and crafts.

🎟️This event is aimed at 12 months plus. One ticket admits one adult and one child. Refunds are at event organisers discretion. No refunds will be processed if you cancel after 1st December.

💰There will be a raffle so please bring cash if you would like to buy tickets



🚗There is a small free car park at the venue so it this is full please park on side roads nearby 

🚏Please be aware bus 103 stops right outside
