RIVER LEA WATER MARCH & FESTIVAL SATURDAY AUGUST 8TH 2026

Join different community groups as we come together to celebrate people, wildlife, rivers and all they do for us 🥳

Where? March start point is St George's Square, LU1 2TR. March to Wardown Park. Festival is held near the playground at Wardown Park, New Bedford Road, Luton LU2 7EY.
When? Saturday August 8th. March starts at 11.00, meet from 10.30. Festival starts at 12.00.
What? A march from the town centre to the park with blue watery dress and props. Then a festival with stalls, kids crafts, t-shirt printing (bring your own to print!), live music, performances and more.

Parking available at St George's Square and at the Wardown Park.
Toilets at the start and end of the march.
Accessible march is about 30 minutes long. Transport funding available.
