12pm - HSTS Taekwondo Demonstration Watch Glen and his Little Dragons (ages 4-8) show off their moves from St. Nicholas Church Hall classes.
1pm - Vymy Dance and Fitness Showcase Nisha and her crew dazzle with street dance and contemporary ballet flair.
1:30pm - Luton Higashi Karate Display John leads a thrilling demo from their Power Dragons class for ages 9 to 70+
