Autumn is a magical time in the garden that's why Young Grower Clubs are inviting all budding young gardeners to roll up their sleeves and come and enjoy an afternoon of gardening fun this half-term.
Hosted by food growing educator Laura Mathurin, the family event will focus on preparing the garden for next year and taking care of wildlife.
Event Highlights:
🌱 Garden Preparation: Learn the secrets of getting your garden ready for the seasons ahead as Laura shares her expertise on nurturing a thriving garden ecosystem.
🐦 Wildlife Care: Discover the importance of caring for wildlife in your garden and explore ways to create a welcoming environment for bugs overwinter.
🌼 Hands-On Activities: Activities may include bulb sowing, bed preparation, building a bug hotel and halloween crafts.
All are welcome however the event is more suited to children aged 2+.
Tickets are £5 per child (this also admits one adult). Under 1's are free.
