Standalone Farm was a winner in the Mum's guide to Hitchin Awards 2025, winning Best Family Day Out for the second year in a row!
The gates swing open again on Saturday 14th February and Standalone Farm is ready for a fresh new season of family fun.

From meeting your favourite animals to exploring our outdoor play spaces, every visit brings something new to discover. Whether you’re popping in for a peaceful morning or planning a full family day out, the farm is the perfect place to reconnect with nature.
This year, we’re encouraging families to make Standalone Farm part of their routine with our Annual Pass. It’s the best-value way to enjoy everything the farm has to offer, all season long.
Why choose an Annual Pass?

If Standalone Farm is one of your happy places, an Annual Pass is your key to enjoying it again and again.
Become a Passholder now and make this your best farm season yet.
Do you have kids coats that you could pass on to families in need?
Welcome to Coats 4 Kids Herts 2025 Autumn/Winter Season 🍂
With the weather on the turn, we are now welcoming Kids Winter coat donations ready to rehome 🙏🏻
‘Coats for Kids’ is a safe place where families can come for a FREE preloved Winter coat for a child at zero cost and with zero judgement.
We want to help share preloved, good quality coats to Kids that need a coat for Winter. Helping to support families in a completely confidential way. This is our 4th Autumn/Winter 🤍
We greatly appreciate donations of preloved, clean, good quality Winter Children’s coats, all sizes accepted (from Baby to Teenage). Unfortunately we can’t accept any other clothing items.
Please kindly take your donations in a carrier bag to any of the following donation points as soon as possible (please be mindful these venues are not always open so you may need to leave your donation outside) thank you so much 🙏🏻
DROP OFF LOCATIONS FOR DONATIONS ⤵️
Once we have donations we will be running weekly pop up events to help distribute to those in need.
IMPORTANT ➡️ For any urgent coat requests please get in touch with me (Laura) on 07950403823 or email [email protected]
If you are in the professional services and have a larger need, please email me a list of your requirements including gender, age and quantity.
Huge thanks to our ongoing partnership with the brilliant teams at Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service and the amazing local businesses mentioned above.
